Sure many people know this vegetable and now I will show you how to make juice from broccoli. You don’t worry with this recipe because it’s so easy and you can make by your own. The broccoli is high valuable vegetable it’s help prevent cancer and cataract including in broccoli still has anti-oxidant substance in your body also. Broccoli increase strength with your blood vessel wall, some substance in broccoli decrease the risking of Rheumatoid arthritis, Diabetes, Heart disease and prevent Alzheimer's disease with anemia also. Now is the good time that I will tell you about broccoli juice recipe. The ingredient of this recipe as follow
1. Use peeled Broccoli shaft about 10 – 15 pieces
(if you want more fiber from broccoli you shouldn’t strip broccoli shell)
2. Use Apple about 1/2 item
(if you like sweet and sour taste you can add apple up to 1 item)
The next procedure, takes both broccoli and apple insert to your juicer and mix them you will get the vegetable juice recipes immediately. OH!
